I have the same problem on one user's computer. Win 7, Office 2010. The user is an admin on her own box (no terminal server in play here). Any suggestions? So far I haven't found a solution.

DeleteI've been struggling with this for a month and it wasn't until I changed from a Konica Minolta Universal print driver to a model specific driver that I saw the dialog popup. Still not knowing the solution your "change view to normal" fixed everything.
